Welcome to Buzzberry. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at buzzberry.buzz (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We sell honey, candles, and related products through the Site. All products and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Correct any errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been submitted
     

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided at checkout.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
     
  • You are providing true, accurate, and complete information.
     

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

We will ship products to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping information is accurate and complete.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered by the carrier to the address you provided.
     
  • If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can help evaluate a replacement or claim with the carrier.
     

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because we sell food products, our return policy is different for honey and for non-food items such as candles. Our full Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on our website. If there is any inconsistency, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Honey and Food Products (Non-Returnable)

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of honey as a consumable product, all sales of honey and other edible products are final. We cannot accept returns or resell honey once it has left our control.

However, if your honey arrives:

  • damaged,
     
  • leaking, or
     
  • incorrect (wrong item shipped),
     

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Candles and Non-Food Items

Candles and other non-food items may be eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging
     
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return
     
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
     

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Product Information

Natural Variations & Allergies

Our honey is a natural product. Color, flavor, clarity, and crystallization can vary from batch to batch depending on floral source, season, and handling.

  • You may see naturally occurring pollen, propolis, or tiny wax flecks in the honey. These are normal signs of minimally processed honey and not defects.
     
  • Natural crystallization may occur over time; this does not mean the honey has gone bad.
     

While we take care in our harvesting and bottling, it is your responsibility to review product descriptions and any ingredient information for potential allergies or sensitivities.

Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Buzzberry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may:

  • View and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
     

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
     
  • Use our trademarks, trade dress, or logos without our written consent.
     

User Content

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your User Content.
     
  • You will not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
     
  • You grant Buzzberry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing materials.
     

We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you must not use the Site:

  • For any unlawful purpose
     
  • To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
     
  • To violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations
     
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
     
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Buzzberry. We hope you love your order. Because we sell food products, our return and refund policy is a little different for honey and for non-food items such as candles. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

  

1. Overview

  • Honey and edible products: All sales are final, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received.
  • Candles and other non-food items: May be eligible for return or exchange under the conditions below.

Natural variations in color, flavor, clarity, and crystallization of honey are normal and are not considered defects.

  

2. Non-Returnable Items – Honey & Edible Products

Due to food safety regulations and our commitment to product quality, we cannot accept returns of honey or any other edible products once they have left our facility.

However, we will work with you if:

  • Your honey arrives damaged or leaking
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is otherwise defective upon arrival

In these cases:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
  3. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

We do not require you to return honey that is damaged or unsafe to ship back.

  

3. Returnable Items – Candles & Non-Food Products

Candles and other non-food items may be returned or exchanged if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are unused, unburned, and in their original packaging
  • Items are in resellable condition, free from odors, stains, or damage

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want a candle or non-food item:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Non-Food Items

If a candle or other non-food product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  2. We will cover reasonable return shipping or may waive the return and send a replacement or refund.

  

4. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

To start a return or report a damaged/incorrect item:

  1. Email us at sales@buzzberry.buzz or use the contact form on our website.
  2. Include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The item(s) in question
    • A short description of the issue
    • Photos of the product and packaging (for damage or incorrect items)

We’ll respond with instructions on next steps, including return shipping details if applicable.

  

5. Shipping Returns

If we authorize a return:

  • You’ll be given a return address and any specific instructions.
  • For change-of-mind returns on candles and non-food items, you are responsible for:
    • Proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
    • Return shipping costs and tracking
  • For damaged/incorrect items, we will either:
    • Provide a prepaid return label, or
    • Waive the need for a return and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.

  

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return is required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment whenever possible.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

If you receive store credit or a replacement, no additional refund will be issued.

  

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges on candles and non-food items if:

  • The requested replacement item is in stock, and
  • The original item meets the return conditions stated above.

If an exchange is not available, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

  

8. Natural Variations & Honey Quality

Our honey is a minimally processed, natural product. You may notice:

  • Changes in color or clarity between jars or batches
  • Naturally occurring pollen, propolis, or tiny wax flecks
  • Crystallization over time

These are normal signs of real honey and are not defects or grounds for refunds.
