Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates and the available delivery services for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The rate you see at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.
Taxes
Product prices shown on this site do not include tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
Order processing
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders are handed to the carrier on the next business day after they are placed. Saturday orders are normally handed off on Monday. Carrier transit begins after the package is handed to the carrier. Shipping services and estimated carrier transit times available for your address are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier. It is not a guaranteed delivery date, and we cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@buzzberry.buzz with your order number and photographs where the problem is visible.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment information and work with the carrier where appropriate.
Warm-weather shipping
Honey is shelf-stable and travels well. In hot conditions honey may become more fluid, and in cold conditions it may crystallize. Both are normal and are not defects — see our Refund Policy.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an undeliverable or incorrect address may incur a re-shipping charge.
