Jalapeno-Infused Hot Honey

Jalapeno flavor first, heat a distant second. Our Jalapeno-Infused Hot Honey combines smooth honey sweetness with a distinct jalapeno pepper flavor and only a trace of heat. It is intentionally our mildest infusion — made for people who enjoy the flavor of jalapeno without the burn they may expect from traditional hot honey.

Process: Slow-infused using our proprietary process, with moisture, temperature, and flavor monitored throughout the infusion. Select peppers are cold-pressed to deepen the pepper character and flavor profile.

Drizzle it over biscuits, fried chicken, pizza, cornbread, roasted vegetables, cheese boards, or anywhere a touch of sweet pepper flavor belongs.
