This is raw and unfiltered honey. During extraction, the honey is screened only to remove bees and larger wax pieces, helping preserve its natural aroma and flavor profile.

Use it over biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, or in tea, cooking, and baking. Choose the 5.5 lb half-gallon jug for frequent use, events, or foodservice.

Wildflower honey reflects the mix of blooms available to the bees, so color, aroma, flavor, texture, and crystallization can naturally vary from harvest to harvest. That variation is part of the character of the honey.
