About
South Georgia Wildflower Honey reflects a broad mix of flowering plants from the harvest area.
This is raw and unfiltered honey. During extraction, the honey is screened only to remove bees and larger wax pieces, helping preserve its natural aroma and flavor profile.
A tested Buzzberry sample was analyzed by Jonah Ventures using DNA sequencing. The analysis identified a diverse floral profile, including melon, fleabane, Chinese tallow, tupelo, crape myrtle, magnolia, and other plant DNA.
The laboratory result documents floral-source diversity in the tested sample. It is not a statement of volumetric composition and does not mean every batch is DNA tested.
Use this honey at the table, in tea, over biscuits and yogurt, or in cooking, baking, glazes, and marinades. Natural wildflower honey can vary in color, flavor, texture, and crystallization from harvest to harvest.
Honey safety: Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age.
