Mountain Wildflower Honey

Mountain Wildflower Honey is harvested from North Georgia mountain apiaries and reflects the naturally changing mix of blossoms available across the season. Depending on the bloom, bees may forage sourwood, tulip poplar, privet, mimosa, and other mountain and Georgia nectar sources.

The result is a rich, dark amber honey with a robust flavor unique to each harvest. Use it over biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and cheese boards, or in tea, cooking, baking, glazes, and marinades.

Crafted in small batches in Athens, Georgia, this is pure, raw, unfiltered honey. Natural crystallization can occur at cool temperatures; place the bottle in warm water to reliquefy.
